The practice of mindfulness can truly be a life-changing one, and it has the potential to assist the practitioner with many aspects of their life. The practice is very much a personal one and it means different things to different people – every mind is different after all. We aim to start a series of video testimonials to the practice where people talk about how much it helps them with their life.
