Our aim is simply to further the cause of mindfulness in whatever way we can, and also to give ordinary people the chance to talk about the practice.

Mindfulness is free, simple and has the potential to be life changing. It can be a little strange at first for someone who has never tried this type of thing, and there is also a tendency for some people to view it as something mystical or a bit weird. We are trying to break down these barriers as much as we can.

We currently have flourishing Twitter, Facebook & YouTube accounts, but we would love to expand out into other social media; we just need more people to help us do this. Alternatively, write us a blog for the site, or just come along to the forum, talk to us, and help grow our mindfulness community.

The Everyday Mindfulness project is open to anyone. If mindfulness has helped you, and you want to help spread the word to others, then you will be more than welcome to join us. Just send an email to one of the team.
