Spam Problem

To all members.
At present, we are encountering a problem with spam posts.
We are addressing this issue and, hopefully, we can keep on top of it to ensure the smooth running of this forum.
For the time being, we would advise forum members not to click on links within posts as these are most likely links to sites that have nothing to do with mindfulness or meditation in general.

All spam messages are being removed from the forum, most of them immediately. Anti-spam measures are being reviewed by the team as we speak.
