I picked up this simple, practical work late last year, and I found it very helpful. Thich Nhat Hanh has a joyful, poetic style that just leads me back to the practice again and again.

I have barely any time in my life, so I don't get to read nearly as much as I would like to.
I was only talking about him with Fee and Barbara the other day actually. I use a lot of his quotes on @mindfuleveryday, and they are always so beautiful. One day I will get round to reading his work.

You must! The Miracle of Mindfulness is also a classic of his - short, simple and powerful.
