Is exactly what I did by focusing between the trees, light and my pencil. It's like a kid's drawing, but I felt good for having made the attempt.

I imagine that drawing is a great way to practise, in much the same way as photography. You've got to be attentive to the detail to get it down on paper........

Yes, that is really good and a brilliant way of putting mindfulness in action and capturing it at the same time
