Hello,
The forum seems to be very good although it takes a little time to find the way around. I first tried the Mindfulness on line course which was interesting, but then let it lapse for a couple of months. Since then I have started Finding Peace in a Frantic World and am currently in week 5. I do find "Turning to Difficulties" quite hard.
I have suffered from mild anxiety and depression following a very difficult wisdom teeth removal nearly 2 years ago which has left me with permanent discomfort which is made worse by talking. This has made an impact on my life as I am reluctant to indulge in talking and I am hoping that Mindfulness will be a way forward.

Hello and welcome to the community.
It sounds like you've had a challenging couple of years and you won't find yourself alone in that here.
I look forward to getting to know you and sharing the journey

Hi there and welcome
This forum is constantly evolving, if you have any suggestions about how it is set out, then please let us know. We will certainly take your suggestions on board.
Mindfulness can certainly be a life-changing practice - it changed my life. Keep practising, you will find a section on the forum where people have shared their experiences whilst working through FPIAFW. It might be worth checking out that section of the forum if you haven't already found it.
