I found the above book in The Works for £2.99 this week.
Harrison does talk about various types of meditation rather than mindfulness including visualisation and affirmations which are new to me. I prefer not 'doing' during meditation and simply being but the book is interesting and I feel like it is broadening my knowledge of meditation is.
