'The Turning Point', Theme for Session Two:
"You do not have to believe your thoughts. Rather than get hooked by them, you can choose to notice them and allow them to pass."
The home practice for week following session two consists of Body Scan Meditation, Sitting/Breath & Body Meditation and one Mindful Activity.
Just want to know that should I also remain mindful of thoughts and try to let them go, or I should just limit myself only to the meditations of home practice during this week and keep the other advices just in mind to use them in some future home practice?
