New to the forum

Post here if you are just starting out with your mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is a really difficult concept to get your head around at first, and it might be that you would benefit from some help from others.

Hi.just joined today so not sure how this works .trying mindfulness for about four weeks now.i get encouraging glimpses of how it can help but feel its not a quick fix but a new way of life, just as well as not to happy with the old one.thanks for being so helpful.
