I took the liberty of creating an email and dropbox account, if anyone does want to share info this way.
The email is edmindfulness@gmail.com (everydaymindfulness was already taken). The password is mindful13.
This is the same information for both the email account and the dropbox account.

For anyone who might want to upload the mp3s or download them once they are there, just go to dropbox.com and enter the email address and password. It will have you install the software onto your computer and then you can access the mp3s from your computer. There is also an app, so you can do this on your other devices as well.

I *think* this will work, let me know if there are any problems

Hi Vixine

I'm a bit of a technophobe I'm afraid!

Would it be OK if I post the drive to you and you can up-load it to dropbox?

If that's OK can you please PM me the address to send it to? Thanks.

Sure thing, as long as you don't mind sending it to the US (seems that most of you are in the UK)

I will PM you my address now...

It would be interesting to find out what % of the forum are British. We Brits do seem to be in the majority on this forum. Or maybe we're simply the noisiest members of the group...

Hey everyone,

Dave was so kind as to upload all of the audio into the dropbox account, so anyone can access and download them!

Again the info is edmindfulness@gmail.com, password is mindful 13.

For those unfamiliar with dropbox it's really easy, just go to dropbox.com, enter the above login information, allow dropbox to download onto your computer, and then you can access all these files.

Thanks Jon W for sharing these! I haven't explored too much yet but am really looking forward to it.

:D

This is a very helpful thing that you have done between you. I want to 'advertise' this topic on Twitter. Can I assume that these audious are copyright free, and there are no legal implications to this?

Hi Gareth.
I would say that most of the stuff is freely available online. Some of it (e.g. the Kabat-Zinn audiobooks) is not. I would say we need to tread a little carefully here.
