Only had 6 hours sleep last night due to late night movies so power meditation sleep was invaluable!

I'm currently using my minfulness to help tidy the house. I really struggle with tidyness, so any help is wonderful! :lol:

Came into the present a few times today. It never fails to be quite a powerful and wakening experience. It's like being on drugs but without the side effects or expense!

Wondering if mindfulness can help me remember today's date? Is this possible? It gets annoying when you need to keep checking and need to know often during the day (bit lazy I know, but would be nice to be able to not have to keep checking).

I have recently found mindfulness to be very useful when unable to eacape from people who don't stop waffling on. It really helps to zone out from it.

Hoping to get myself into a better routine as had a few too many movie nights going too far into the early hours. Mindfulness and meditation seem to be less efficient whilst sleep deprived.

Hi Craig, this is great! I also like to take a cold shower in the morning, it helps me relax and focus on my day. You should give it a try! :D
