Been doing a bit of gardening. It was getting a bit of a state! I'm up to 16 now, argh. Joined a slimming forum so hoping this may help me lose weight.

Hi Jon. I need to make more effort to fit some in and not be too tired when starting. Although I've been out in the garden and feel much better as it's a lot more tidy as it was stressing me out a lot. It's worn me out! I started to do some about 3am this morning as was wide awake but fell asleep quite quick not long after I started!

Hows you?

Getting stung by all the nettles in the garden made me very mindful today.

Spent an hour doing stomach clenches this morning whilst hung over. Need to get the belly off before proper meditation although I try link the two. I feel so unfit at the moment.

Just been reading doing 5 mins meditation before eating helps reduce bloating so going to give this a whirl. I'm back on the mini exercise bike.

Been forgetting to do mindfulness before eating and little on the exercise bike!

Did plenty drinking at the pub last night and have a terrible hangover. It has been a very long time since not being able to get myself back to sleep or trying to meditate so I've learned that now and wait until it subsides!

On the fibre sachets at the moment. Really helping with bloating. Feel like I've lost weight. Couldn't find any alcohol last night. Thought I had bought some the other day. At least I don't have a hangover!
