I'd definitely welcome a Quote per Day. I'd really look forward to it. As it would be one quote I could really let it sink in. :)

Jon, send the quote document to me at work. Gold dust this. :D

I'll set you all off with one.

Firstly, thank you Jon for sending me your document.

Secondly, thank you Gareth for sharing the quote about listening. It is spot on. Being a good listener is quite an art - one that I am working on!

“The most fundamental aggression to ourselves, the most fundamental harm we can do to ourselves, is to remain ignorant by not having the courage and the respect to look at ourselves honestly and gently.”

Thanks Nina. Is that a quote from yourself? Welcome by the way!

My quote of the day:
"Although pain and pleasure are an inevitable part of human life, suffering and happiness are entirely optional. The choice is ours." - Culadasa (John Yates)

Great quote today on Everyday Mindfulness (Gareth's) Twitter account:

I think we've got two quote topics going on at the moment. I might lock the other one. This is the quote I just posted there:

"Of all the people on the planet, you talk to yourself more than anyone. Make sure you are saying the right things." ~ Martin Rooney
