Hello everyone
Could anyone suggest a video of a guided meditation lasting approx for 10 min.
I need it to introduce a group of people to the idea of meditation. It will be a very small part of an overall presentation.

Here's a YouTube link to a superb set of guided meditations by Mark Williams, co-author of Finding Peace In A Frantic World. The first one lasts for just over eight minutes and is an excellent introduction to basic sitting meditation.
