Had a few days without Meditation.. (And Hi!)

Hi all,
First post on the forum...
I bought the Mark Williams Finding peace in a frantic world about 2 months ago after a bout of feeling anxious, being hooked up on specific bodily sensations & feeling like I 'couldn't stop thinking' about worries etc, this also lead to quite a few sleep deprived nights. Been doing the course now for 5 weeks & i'm on the befriending week.. However, I just went to Prague for a week and while I took the book & did one formal meditation throughout the week.
Do I just carry on where I was up to, and practise 6 days out the next 7 on befriending then carry on with the 8 week course? Or start the course again? Or finish the course then do the whole thing over? Haha.. I feel like they've been helping massively and in the main I can be grounded/mindful. Have days or periods where I feel I still get 'lost' a bit inside my head etc, which can sometimes lead to getting frustrated and feeling upset however - usually learn from these periods.
If anything reflecting now I can see that the few days without meditation shows how much I've still got to learn and how important meditation has been recently. Do think I feel a bit worse today due to a week of drinking/eating out etc on my holiday too!
