Hi Everyone, I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Andy and have been practising for the last few months with some steady progress. Although I have not particularly had any severe episodes of anxiety and depression, I've learned to live with mind driven anxiety at work, but I should have realised sooner or later it would expand into other areas of my life and indeed it has. In my early stages of practicing I believe I have gained some positive results and I look forward to sharing some of my experiences. I also look forward to reading forum member posts.
Andy

Absolutely. It seems anxiety has a way of getting into parts of your life that were at one time not a problem.

I have a little bit of social anxiety too. But it seems that mindfulness is helping me. We'll keep in touch.
