JOT Week 16 : Have Faith

Post here if you are just starting out with your mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is a really difficult concept to get your head around at first, and it might be that you would benefit from some help from others.

Just chiming in with you all again after a pause.Finding the faith theme difficult and rather than struggle will continue to next weeks theme and hold the faith idea in the back of my mind.
It seems to me nothing is certain and faith in anything is mistaken.Not a bad thing just real.I do know faith generates content but I can't delude myself,everything is flux and change, that's life.
