Hi Shanghaieternal
Like you I haven't seen any obvious improvements in my life but it feels right. It's feeling right is a big positive for me. It feels so much like my time. I always feel I should be doing something but when I meditate I shut the bedroom door and my husband is very keen to give me my privacy.

Exciting reflection
I’ve been holding some workshops for kids ages 5-15 years. I focus on 3 topics: anger, bullying, anxiety. And in each workshop I always include a mindfulness practice. Kids love it. Some kids are rather fidgety. They are usually the kids with additional needs. I allow the fidget to happen. They still love it. Let’s say each individual discovers their own unique way to experience mindfulness
