Where to go after Full Catastrophe Living?

Post here if you are just starting out with your mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is a really difficult concept to get your head around at first, and it might be that you would benefit from some help from others.

I am due to finish this and the CDs in a few weeks. I have not done the yoga at all. I know he says that you don't have to like it just do it but I was absolutely dreading doing this. So I skipped it. And the pointless event calendar stuff.

Anyway, what books/programmes would you folks recommend next to continue the practice? Preferable without yoga!

Practice as often as possible.
Once you've learnt the basics that's all you need.
Mindfulness is experiential, it's not theory.
Only Practice will build awareness.
Personally I wouldn't skip the yoga.
It doesn't have to be yoga , it can be any mindful movement. Pilates, tai chi etc.
It helps build awareness of body sensations in a way that the body scan can't.

Thanks! I might read and 'do' - or 'be' it - again, see what I have missed or not experienced first time round.
