Had a quick look on google to try and find and find mindful based wristbands so every time I notice it I pause to take a breath to see where my mind and body is.

Found a couple but none were really what I am looking for.

Has anyone on here ever come across any mindful based wristbands?

Cheers.

I had some of the "Lance Armstrong"-type rubber wristbands made years ago with "W Y M D" on them (what's your mind doing). A lot of places make them, and it was pretty cheap to order a decent quantity for students I was working with at the time.

Having said that, you don't need anything fancy. Any wristband you have will do - just have the intention of telling yourself to pause every time you notice it. You can even put a rubber band around your wrist.

Other options for "mindfulness cues" are a post-it note in a conspicuous place, or even a pen mark on your hand.

Lance Armstrong, eh?
What a rotter he turned out to be.
Wiggins would have outpaced him with one leg tied behind his back, and he never resorted to persians to build up his strength.

I think you can choose anything as a cue. I remember my midwife several years ago telling me to do my pelvic floor exercises everytime I stopped at a red light. My youngest is 8 in a couple of weeks and I am still doing it :)
