A YouTube channel has arrived

I’m really happy to announce the formation of an Everyday Mindfulness YouTube channel. You can find the channel here:

Mike Kewley is a meditation teacher on the Isle of Man, and he has graciously agreed to start the YouTube channel for us. You can find Mike’s site here:

I can’t wait to start sharing some great mindfulness videos with the now substantial Twitter audience that we have, and with people who come to the channel by other means. I have always thought that video could be a great medium for demonstrating the power of this practice, and I’m so glad the channel has finally become a reality.

Anyway, I would really like to see one video about focusing on your breath, non-guided meditation but with tips I am pretty sure many people would like the same.

Though I hope this channel gets as much exposure as possible, I would state that the current quality is a problem. I just tried to watch this video of mindfulnesscic, and it's totally unintelligible. It seems to be due to a too low level. He might want to set up a proper audio chain.
