Losing mjndfulness

I have used mindful techniques for a while now. They have seriously helped me with anxiety/ stress and have genuinely made my life a lot more fun to live.
ALTHOUGH,
I have just started up my own business and finding the time to be completely mindful has been tough. I’ve still meditated daily but haven’t been able to focus as much energy into my practises. Even down to eating, I usually meal prep and know how rewarding it is for me personally to be kind to myself when it comes to food. Despite knowing how much it benefits me, and due to lack of hours in the day am struggling, my anxiety slowly but surely is creeping up behind me and my motivation levels have plummeted, thus beginning the self criticism cycle where I’m constantly beating myself up for not doing what’s good for me.
Would love to know if anyone else goes through the same situations? And any advice that can be given will be much appreciated
