If anyone can meditate to this song, I'll give them a quid.

It's often cited as the worst record of all time, but i think it's one of the best. I find it very soulful, relaxing even. In its own way.

Wow, I made it about 30 seconds in. Could be a good opportunity to practice working with difficult emotions :)

30 seconds is excellent. Most people run out of the room screaming after 10 seconds.
The song (I use the word loosely) comes in very handy when in-laws have outstayed their welcome.
I also find it useful when I've been kept up all night by a neighbour's party. The trick is to wait for them to fall asleep at dawn, turn the speakers to the wall, and blast this wee beauty out at full blast all day whilst banging a hammer on a tin bucket. Works a treat! Good exercise too! :)

I should mention that Mr. David Bowie is a fan of Mr. Legendary Stardust Cowboy and plays a brief version of Paralyzed during the following clip. Toe-tapping stuff.

I made it to 22 seconds. 22 seconds I was so very very present :D

I listened to the whole lot, and actually enjoyed many parts.
