Hi, I've just discovered this site which is great as I have been looking for somewhere to connect with others interested in mindfulness. I love reading about other people's experience of mindfulness and sharing my own.
I teach mindfulness and have recently set up a one-to-one coaching service, online, via Skype, guiding clients through an 8-week mindfulness course (stress reduction). I've done this because many people don't have access to a local mindfulness course or perhaps feel more comfortable in a one-to-one situation. In this way, they can learn from the comfort of their own home. If anyone is interested then please get in touch as I do offer a free discovery session!
My mission is to spread awareness of mindfulness and to continue to develop my own practice. I look forward to discovering more here!
