Everyday Mindfulness

I just wanted to spread the word about a course I'm running in October to help mindfulness teachers use social media to help them connect with more people and let people know about their courses.

It's happing on 16 October at University of Westminster. If you know a teacher who might find it helpful I'd be so grateful if you could help me spread the word :-)
