Hi There,

Hope you don't mind me putting this up here .....

the Tutor from my Meditation Course is organising a 14 Day Meditation Challenge (what the hell is a Meditation Challenge I hear you ask ??) ... Well I've got no idea but it's starting on 1st July of this year.....

I'll be giving it a go, there's quite a bit of his stuff on Youtube that I've found quite useful and enjoyable

This sounds like it is the perfect place for this post, thanks for sharing.
I won't be joining in on this occasion as mindful not to be following too many programmes at once but I hope people who do will share their experiences here :)

I have done this 14 day challenge in the past. I found the content very good. Some of the recordings are not crystal clear (although they might have been updated) but don't let this put you off - it is free after all! (You can also buy them if you want to download).

Quite a useful way of helping you get into a regular practice (having a new guided meditation each day) and a good introduction to some different meditation topics.

I think I even sent the chap a small donation (which coming from a skinflint such as me must indicate I found them helpful!).
