Hi All,
I've just started a new blog about using mindfulness to deal with the working world. My experiences may be millenial-specific but I would really appreciate feedback from all! Topics include dealing with anxiety, women and mindfulness as well as using meditation to appreciate the small successes in life.
First blog post is up here: projectfeelism[dot]weebly[dot]com
Thank you so much,
Sharvi

Sharvi,
Great post and I can totally relate!
"Career FOMO is real in the 21st century - competition is high and it’s easy to fall behind."

'Career FOMO is real in the 21st century.'
Could somebody tell me what this means?
Thanks in advance,
Jon

In the world where most of our peers are posting best version of themselves on social media, where there is so much great entertainment and experiences, people feel overwhelmed with the abundance of possibilities. Studies have shown that people choosing between three options are much happier with their choice than those who choose from twelve options.
Same goes for careers I's imagine, especially in places like NYC where everyone's there chasing greatness in something. Successful millennials are all over our screens all the time.
