Hi from a former globetrotting British senior citizen

Hello all. I chose the user name, dunmoanin, to serve as a reminder that I'm here to improve my life through mindfulness. No dwelling in the past, no speculation about the future, just living this moment, now. It's a far cry from years of upheaval, countless addresses and astounding adventures and misadventures around the world. I'm very new to the practice but am already achieving benefits at week 2 of Mark Williams' 8 week course. Looking forward to getting to know you.

Hello :) lots of us are very familiar with that course and for me personally it provided a life changing path into mindfulness.

Nice to meet you, FreeHutch. As you'll see I've already made a couple of posts. I reckon interaction in a forum such as this is invaluable. Best wishes.
