Yoga is the best physical and mental treatment for our health and fitness.
It not only improve our physical fitness and stamina but also help to handle various mental illnesses. It can help to deal with the blood pressure, heart problems, stomach problems, cancer, joint pain, back pain, stress, depression, and anxiety.

My experience of yoga has been very good.

For me it is mindfulness of the body, rather than of the mind.
