How many thoughts per day?

I just read that the average person has 60,000 thoughts per day and of these more than 80% are negative.
That's quite a statistic.
I've yet to find out how many negative thoughts a mindful person has. :|

Probably the same poor sod who was given the task of counting the holes in the road in Blackburn, Lancashire.

A few years ago I read that the Blackburn council were especially vigilant about sorting holes in the road on account of the Fabs' song.
