Just to clarify, Peter is referring to the idea of posting a daily journal here on the forum, rather than keeping your own private journal.
An alternative option would be for you to chart your progress with occasional blogs. Check out some of the recent ones on our main page. http://www.everyday-mindfulness.org
Just PM me if you have any specific blog ideas. Our preference is for pieces of 1200-1500 words, written from a personal perspective, and with a strong narrative. Ideally, we would like to get a strong sense of someone's individual story.
