Oh, I like the idea of the gratitude journal! I'm going to try that. I started out yesterday pretty well, but work wore me down and at the end of the day I found myself thinking more about what didn't get done than what did. Need more practice. :)

This morning's tweet from @mindfuleveryday brought me here, and I think I would like to join you. I have been reading and thinking about mindfulness for some time, but have not established a regular practice. This seems like it may be good way to get started.
