I must say that yoga is a healthy exercise and good for brain and physical health. Yoga gives us freshness and also reduces stress. We can get a better body shape with doing yoga.

I like this thread and no doubt that it is very informative. I read some useful information about fasting and i will keep it in mind. Fasting is good for health and its a good way of weight lose. Too much fasting can be bad for us so we should do fasting but not too much.

Yoga is a good exercise that provides our body so many benefits. It provides flexibility and helps us in weight loss. Yoga helps us in stress busting because it is good for body and mind. It is good to do yoga for everyone.
