Whenever I hear or read the word fasting, the first thing that comes to my mind is, 'starving'. Which is, I know there's more to it than meets the eye. Don't overdo it though, anything that's over and less is bad for your health!

Projecting mindfulness does helps in some ways but at the same time needs to stat with yourself too so you can achieve the mindful living success.

Through Meditation were able to create an area of one's mind to conceptualize good thoughts and removing stress factors and going through a healthy lifestyle.

I did yoga and climbed today. I’m getting more flexible after a few weeks. It’s kind of amazing! And I’m feeling super strong although my hammies feel tight..
