Personally I found the benefits immediate. My family noticed the difference immediately too :) we're all different. I find using mindfulness in everyday situations helpful. I'm an all or nothin gal, so i just went for it lol xx

Hey rara, well i did look into classes up here, but they were like £250-£500 and since my wife cant work due to disability and im her carer, so cant work, its a def no:( gunna keep lookin tho :) nit sure ive got the balls to just walk in to the buddhist centre :/ i'll think on it a bit more. Hi, i've just joined up :) i have heard of mindfulness in the past but never applied it, or tried to, until my therapist suggeested it to me a few weeks ago.
