I have a vague idea but am not really sure if I have hit the nail on the head.

I joined just before it started, it is well made and fun. It has a social media style comments aspect for reflecting, brainstorming and discussion.

For me the essence of mindfulness is being present and cultivating the skill of coming back to the present moment. A person can go through the day informally practicing mindfulness, constantly coming back to the present moment and what they are doing in the here and now and that would be mindfulness...

Wherever You Go There You Are
Wow, what a great book. I have read some neat books on meditation and Buddhism, but Jon Kabat-Zinn's words just sang to me. I want to read it again, I think it will be one of those books that act as a touchstone.
