Actually, I do have a cue, when I am waiting, for example for a lift, to cross the street etc., I try to use that as a cue to see what’s happening with me. Also when I hear birds singing. hello. i have been struggling with my depression for 20 years. this year my mom was diagnosed with early stage alzheimer's / mild dementia. mindfulness brought back hope!!! please stop by and say hello ;) Sorry, I also meant to say that I’m sorry to hear about your mum’s diagnosis.
