I am a life time- from birth- in a Buddhist society- it took me over 20 yrs in England to ‘stumble’ on to an English language Theravdi monetary – Amaravati- just outside london- Herts .
The my son , originally- as he was free to chose- left it
Age 15,6 he started delving in to the lap top= and found the GITA
THEN he walked in to SN Goenka’s own effort on what he was taught-again by a layman- unlike for us- monks..who SadkU were more preserving the way of life/ their lifestyle and aof course political patronage- like almost all societies where politicos seek and obtain or underpin their electoral base – via religion/creed, class .
For me mindfulness- which seemingly has brought benefits to millions- also enable a billion US $ income base
Has after almost 40,50 , (who knows) years- finally made it so strong and confused the conclusions or blend of interpretations by well intended experts – had to me- seem to hit the high.
Now papers, talks , book reviews appear.
To those whose has a long term- a very long term benefit to millions more-

The recent to humans have- as they came and off the limelight- tried their best to explain to those- now in the world over- and left this life.
