mindfulness scientific evidence

Post here if you have been practising for a while, and you are starting to get your head around what this is all about. Also post here if you are a long-term practitioner with something to say about the practice.

White would be my preference too.
I know we're firmly opposed to corporate sponsorship on this site, but surely we can make an exception for Cadbury's and make off with a few crates of free supplies?

A Mars a day helps you work, rest and meditate.
Have a break, have a body scan.
Meditation: full of eastern promise.
If you like a lot of chocolate on your biscuit join our meditation club
The sweet you can eat between meditations (without ruining your appetite)

That lot has to be worth a few free bars...
