JOT Week 12 - Taking Pleasure
As usual I have started my new week of JOT today. Looking for and taking pleasure in sights, sounds, smell, touch and taste is both enjoyable and also making me mindful of my surroundings in each moment many times a day.

Hi Fee, I don't know anything about JOT, but it seems a great time if year to take pleasure in what is going on in nature; the worlds seems awash with bird calls, motorcycles, wind noises, the feel of the wind one moment and then the warmth of the sun or maybe hailstones. I spent today in the garden and even the smell of the soil is uplifting today. I wish you well with your week.

Hi all remaining Jotters. I too have been off the case due to a Big birthday. I will catch up by doing days rather than weeks, and this week's focus does not look too irksome. Sorry to hear you have had some difficulties Fee.Hope the task this week helps.
I really enjoyed it and it has helped
This week is all about saying yes even when you might automatically say no which is more challenging. And happy birthday!
