Does anyone else use the headspace online meditation tool? I'm on Take 15 and really enjoying it. Interested to hear other people's experiences

I have done the whole course (over a year or so) and I'm now repeating it for the second time as it was SO good, I cannot recommend it too highly. I get something different out of it every day and he explains the different techniques really clearly. It did literally change my life.

I did the headspace and reading this has prompted me that I should re-do it again. I probably will over xmas, things a bit hectic at the moment.

I've been doing the headspace program for about 6 months and really liked it up to the mind series, which I found really confusing. As I understand it, the mind series starts to introduce insight meditation.

there doesn't seem to be much support within the headspace website for any questions that arise. I've now gone back to take 20 , as I found this more useful.

Wondered if anyone else had this experience, and wondered if the book helps you to guide thorough the program or whether it's just yet another book about mindfulness?

I'm on day 15 of Take 20. I've got the book, but it doesn't really follow the different programs within the website; it's more of an introdcution to mindfulness, with lots of subtle 'adverts' built in, to encourage the reader to susbscribe.

I'm finding it very helpful so far. At first, I didn't think it was having any effect, but a few weeks ago I had a few days off and really noticed the difference. My mind was all over the place and i found it hard to relax. After getting back into it, I'm sleeping better and I feel more focussed, ebven though I keep forgetting to incorporate mindfulness into my day on a regular basis. it probably doesn't help that I listen to it at night, so by the next morningI've forgotten!
