Struggling with formal practice.

Post here if you are just starting out with your mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is a really difficult concept to get your head around at first, and it might be that you would benefit from some help from others.

That's great :)

Hi everyone.
Just a little update just over a month ago I started a new medication which has helped the voices a little bit, they are a little more muffled and not so loud.

For the past two nights I have been doing fifteen minutes of formal practice before bed and it has definitely seemed 'easier' now the voices aren't so intense :)

I've decided I'm going to go through my booklet I have with the eight week program in and start again and get back into it. I mindfully walk a fair bit, but am now definitely going to start up formal practice again. I'm thinking of blogging my journey.

I'd like to thank everyone in who posted in this thread for your support it means so so so much, <3

I'm feeling inspired to start Up again. Hopefully this time it will run smoothly.

Thanks so much for the update Rainbow :)
