Hi Bio.
The Brighton meet-up group is still running. Around sixty members now though the most we've had at one hook-up is fifteen. Last meet-up was a low show but still enjoyable. Apart from the meet-up themselves I see it as a good point of access for anyone in the area who is looking to find out more about mindfulness. It costs about £8 a month to keep the site going so well worth it. And Banjo enjoys meeting new people who make a fuss over his Elvis The Pelvis quiff...

That sounds like a really good idea and as though it is working well. After all who doesn't want to see Banjo?

Wow - 60 is plenty. Fifteen sounds as many as I would like actually - so that it doesn't start to become a conference of sorts.

Do you mean the place where you meet up? What kind of place is it? Does it lend itself well to the meetup?

What's your cat's name? I'm getting the feeling there is some favouritism within your household.

Hi Bio.
We tend to meet on the beach across the road where I live in Hove. The £8 goes to meetup.com to maintain the site.
Bilbo, the cat, is now living in West Hampstead. My son William re-adopted him last weekend.
It's very quiet without him. I'm thinking of buying a monkey to liven things up a tad. Or maybe a parrot.
Cheers, Jon

I've narrowed the choice down to parrot or alpaca. Still undecided.
