Our Community Guidelines
Please be mindful of the experience, thoughts and feelings of all community members. All experiences are valid, valued and welcome, we all view the world from our own perspective, lively and constructive discussion is encouraged but personal attacks are not.
Everyday Mindfulness is a secular website. Discussions about religious/spiritual view points should be kept away from the boards that are concerned with the practice itself.
Advice and experiences offered on the forum are no substitute for medical advice. If you feel you are in crisis, support can be found at http://www.samaritans.org/
In principle, commercial posts are not allowed. If you feel that an exception should be made for your post, please ask one of the moderators/administrators.
Moderators reserve the right to review these guidelines and remove any posts that contravene them.
Forum Guidelines: Please Read Me
“Being mindful means that we take in the present moment as it is rather than as we would like it to be.”
