The first part of the new resources section on the site has been started. I have included a page called mindfulness links, which links to some external sites that I have found. I'll be emailing these sites and telling them that we have linked to them, in the hope that they will link back to us.

Give me your feedback on the look of the page. Also let me know any sites that you don't think should be on there or any sites that you think should be added.

This is the link, right?

Looks good. Too many links and people might feel awash with info to have to trawl through.
"Compassion – particularly for yourself – is of overwhelming importance." - Mark Williams, Mindfulness (2011), p117.
"...allow yourself to smile inwardly." - Jon Kabat-Zinn, Full Catastrophe Living (2005), p436.

Maybe it will be easier on the eye to start grouping them under different headings with just a couple of lines describing the sort of site it is?
“Being mindful means that we take in the present moment as it is rather than as we would like it to be.”
Mark Williams
