Hi,
I've just joined the forum because I have a growing interest in Mindfulness and the benefits I think it is starting to bring me.
A little history. I have always been anxious and had depression 3 years ago. I did a initial course of CBT course then and it has helped massively.
However, since doing formal practice I am feeling much more in control
I'm currently waiting to go on an 8 week course in October.
