Hi all,

I just launched an online course featuring my best hints, tips and strategies for dealing with emotions mindfully. For anyone who enjoyed my book A Little Peace and Quiet, this is an update of the chapter on emotions, with extra techniques and insights.

I am sorry it has taken me so long to subscribe but I have just started the 6 day course. Really looking forward to it and off to get started. :)
