Zazen and open eyes

Post here if you have been practising for a while, and you are starting to get your head around what this is all about. Also post here if you are a long-term practitioner with something to say about the practice.

Thank you everyone. Zazen is now a regular practice for me...I persisted and am reaping the benefits.

@Gareth, Forget this informal/formal stuff. The line should begin to blur here in time....it's how me make practical use of our mindfulness (which leads to better "autopilot" responses overtime...as brought up in a thread a couple of months ago)
