Hi!
I'm Ilaria, I'm 25 and I study Clinical Psychology and Psychological Wellbeing in Rome, Italy. I'm interested in mindfulness as a meditator (I'm quite a newbie, but I've experienced the benefits of this practice when I struggled with anxiety) and as a future psychologist.
I'll graduate in December, and for my graduation thesis, I'm doing a research about mindfulness, spirituality and psychological wellbeing in Italy.
I hope to find support here in order to understand as much as possible about the experience of mindfulness meditators in general, and find Italian speaking meditators willing to take part in my study.
Thanks,
Ilaria
