iTunes U - On the Pursuit of Happiness

Post here if you are just starting out with your mindfulness practice. Mindfulness is a really difficult concept to get your head around at first, and it might be that you would benefit from some help from others.

Hi Folks

If you find yourself with a spare hour and a half, you might enjoy the talk below on iTunes U. It is titled 'On the Pursuit of Happiness' and is very much a talk about Buddhism in general. The speakers are also very entertaining and I found myself laughing out loud a number of times.

Enjoy!

p.s. the Aurora Forum where that was recorded is a great resource for all sorts of knowledge!

Thanks.
I'll check it out.
Buddhism is not always rich with laughter, though maybe it ought to be.

Thank you for the link.
I'll try and access that and let you know what I think :)
